We schedule a 45-minute long telephone consultation to discuss your skills and goals, review your resume and assess areas for improvement. You will gain insights into your skills and clarity about what you offer an employer!

We will describe strategies for you to improve your resume and offer specific tips and resources to implement these strategies. After our conversation, you implement the plans and forward the revised resume to Keppie Careers. We review the results and make additional suggestions in writing as necessary before our second conversation. During the second phone call, we will make final plans for your document. You incorporate the revisions with support via e-mail.

This basic level of service requires you to apply and execute advanced resume and career advice with a minimal level of assistance. This is perfect for someone who just needs the right tools and a little nudge in the right direction. You will have a newly transformed resume and an enlightened view of what you have to offer an employer.

If we agree to a Tier I plan, you are welcome to boost your participation to the next level with no penalty – we apply your Tier I investment to your next choice.

Tier II

We schedule a 45-minute telephone consultation to discuss your skills and goals, review your resume, assess areas for improvement and determine a resume style that suits your situation. You will gain insights into your skills and clarity about what you offer an employer. Most clients are surprised to recognize all of the skills they uncover during our conversations!

With Tier II, we implement changes to your resume. To offer the most clarity and know-how, we use a collaborative model. We exchange e-mail versions of the resume and work together to ensure that it represents your skills and experience. You are welcome to e-mail me at any time in this process with questions, updates and suggestions. Tier II includes one 45-minute coaching session. We will discuss job search strategies to get you noticed!

Tier III
We start with all of the services described in Tier II. However, instead of limiting our telephone coaching to one 45-minute session, you receive a total of three coaching sessions to discuss implementing specific job search strategies. Topics include, but are not limited to: successful networking, interviewing, and negotiating. With this level of service, one of the sessions may include a personalized mock telephone interview and feedback at no extra charge (a $150 value). You forward a job description and we write an interview tailored for that job.

With Tier III, you learn crucial information above and beyond resume writing. While the well-written resume is an essential element of a successful job search, knowing what to do once your resume is ready can make or break the job search. Value of Tier III priced separately:  $630.

Tier IV
This level includes all Tier III services. However, instead of limited our coaching sessions to three 45-minute conversations, you receive a total of five coaching sessions. Topics include, but are not limited to: successful networking, interviewing, and negotiating. With this level of service, two of the sessions may be personalized mock telephone interviews and feedback at no extra charge. This Tier of service includes one cover letter and one thank you note.  Tier IV value priced separately:  $970.

Tier V
This premium level of service is reserved for very few clients so I can provide the highest level of assistance. In summary, Keppie Careers will revise your resume with your input. We schedule a total of seven 45-minute career coaching sessions, three of which may be personalized mock interviews with feedback. Within 8 weeks of you receiving the final version of your resume, you receive e-mail support for your job search (up to 5 e-mails weekly), two cover letters and two targeted thank you notes.

This exclusive service will help you achieve your goals and face the job market with confidence and assurance that you have expert support every step of the way. Value of Tier V priced separately:  $1485.
